Open Setup & Fixes for the selected website. Requirements can involve company context, strategy documents, an integration, provider provisioning or permissions. The same agent may be ready to draft but not ready for automated provider work.
Resolve in order
- Confirm the correct website and your workspace membership.
- Complete company and strategy-document requirements first.
- Connect the source or destination named by the blocked workflow.
- Use the displayed verification or recheck control after completing setup.
- Return to the agent and confirm readiness before starting a new run.
Customer setup versus platform setup
Some requirements are yours to complete, such as granting access to a GA4 property. Others require Obelo’s platform configuration, such as a licensed provider or an approved application. A disabled or platform-unavailable state cannot be fixed by pasting unrelated credentials.
When asking for support, send the requirement name, website and sanitized error. Do not share OAuth tokens or a full settings export.
Verify the outcome
A cleared setup check confirms that requirement—not every possible downstream operation. Start with one agent or a small read-only check, inspect the result, then expand the workflow.
