Ownership and availability#

You keep ownership of every Drive file. Obelo stores the Google authorization server-side and can access only files you explicitly choose or create with Obelo.

Start in Settings → Integrations and check the provider’s current status. This guide describes the configured setup path, not a guarantee of production enablement. Provider approval, plan access and resource permissions still apply.

Before you connect#

• A Google account with access to the files you want to use
• The source documents are organized and safe to share with this workspace
• An Obelo workspace owner or admin completes authorization

Connect an existing account#

1. Open the provider in Settings → Integrations for the intended website.
2. Authorize Obelo with the Google account that owns or can open the files
3. Choose only the files that belong to this company's marketing knowledge
4. Return to Obelo and review the selected sources before they are used

If you need a new resource#

1. Create a company marketing folder in Google Drive
2. Add the briefs, research, plans, and reference documents Obelo should know
3. Remove private or unrelated files, then return to authorize access

Permissions to check#

• Obelo uses Google's per-file drive.file access instead of broad access to your entire Drive
• You can remove a file from the connection or revoke Obelo from your Google Account at any time

Verify and troubleshoot#

After the company files are organized, return to connect Google Drive securely.

No Drive files have been shared with Obelo yet. Choose a supported file you can access, then return to review it.

Confirm the selected account or resource and inspect the verification or sync result. A saved connection is not proof that an import or publication has completed. Test the intended workflow with an appropriately reviewed item.

Disconnect or change access#

Use the provider’s management controls in Obelo to disconnect when supported. Revoke the grant or rotate a dedicated credential at the provider if access must end immediately. Review already-imported data separately; disconnection does not remove content already published elsewhere.
