Company & brand knowledge

Maintain the source that the rest of the marketing system depends on.

Review the company profile

Open Company Intelligence and inspect the company description, audience, product and positioning. Website extraction is a starting point, not a verified statement of business facts. Remove claims you cannot support and clarify the specific audience the next campaign should serve.

Work with documents

  1. Open the Knowledge Base from the Company panel.
  2. Add or import relevant material using the supported source controls. Only include information you have permission to use.
  3. Review product information, competitor analysis, brand writing guidance and content strategy where those documents are required.
  4. Keep titles specific so you can identify and reference the right document in a conversation.
  5. When the offer changes, update the source and review dependent drafts rather than treating old outputs as current.

Make brand voice actionable

Describe tone, preferred language, words to avoid and claims requiring evidence. “Friendly and professional” alone rarely gives a writer enough direction. Add a short example of an approved passage and explain what makes it appropriate.

Separate company facts from stylistic preferences. A tone change should not silently change a product capability, price or customer promise.

Troubleshoot missing context

If an agent says Product information or another strategy document is missing, inspect Setup & Fixes. Uploading a file and completing a named setup requirement are not always interchangeable. Confirm the relevant document is recognized and ready for the active website.
