Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about scope, control and evidence.
Does Obelo publish everything agents write?
No. Drafting and approval are separate from publishing. Delivery needs a supported output, an eligible authenticated connection and the required action. A generated plan or saved tool result is not a publication.
Why are there eight roles but more channel agents?
The eight public roles describe the operating model. The channel agents are individual capabilities inside it. Brand Intelligence, for example, maps to company knowledge rather than an extra social agent.
Can I use the tools without signing in?
Public tools are available on obelo.app/tools. Website-scoped saved history and agent access belong to the workspace-tools preview, which has not yet reached production.
Does a connection guarantee the feature works?
No. The right resource, permissions, plan, provider service and a successful operation are also needed. Readiness and sync history explain the current state.
Can Obelo guarantee growth or AI citations?
No. Recommendations and drafts require review; market outcomes depend on many factors. A readiness check or proposed improvement is not evidence of a ranking, citation or sale.
Can I manage several brands?
Use separate website contexts and check which one is active. Plan limits and workspace permissions determine available capacity and access.
Where do I request help or deletion?
Use Contact for support routes and Privacy for the data-request process. Include enough account context to locate the issue, but never share credentials.
