Calendar & campaign planning
Keep planned work, scheduling and review status visible in one place.
Choose your view and scope
Open Calendar and select the date range and available view. Check the website or all-website scope before deciding what is missing. A date filter can hide an item that still exists elsewhere in the schedule.
The calendar is a coordination surface. A planned item is not proof of a completed publication. Review its status and destination, and follow the linked output or publishing job for delivery evidence.
Plan a coherent sequence
- Choose a campaign objective and the channels that support it.
- Create or review the proposed calendar items using the available planning controls.
- Check owner, source, channel, timing and any review dependency for each item.
- Open the underlying draft and complete approval before scheduling publication.
- Confirm the job status after scheduling and verify the provider result after delivery.
Move or revise work safely
Check the timezone and the displayed date when changing timing. If another teammate has edited the item, refresh and review the latest version instead of assuming your older view is authoritative.
Cancelling a scheduled publication and removing a planning item are different operations. Use the publishing job’s cancellation control when the intention is to prevent delivery.
