Ownership and availability#

You choose the Notion workspace and pages available to Obelo. The OAuth token is encrypted server-side, and Notion permissions continue to govern every page.

Start in Settings → Integrations and check the provider’s current status. This guide describes the configured setup path, not a guarantee of production enablement. Provider approval, plan access and resource permissions still apply.

Before you connect#

• A Notion workspace containing the pages Obelo should use
• Permission to add a public connection to the selected workspace and pages
• An Obelo workspace owner or admin completes authorization

Connect an existing account#

1. Open the provider in Settings → Integrations for the intended website.
2. Choose the correct Notion workspace on the authorization screen
3. Use Notion's page picker to grant access only to approved pages
4. Return to Obelo and verify the connected workspace before importing knowledge

If you need a new resource#

1. Create or choose a Notion workspace for this company
2. Organize the briefs, research, product notes, and plans Obelo should use
3. Confirm those pages contain no unrelated private material before connecting

Permissions to check#

• Read content lets Obelo use the pages you select as company context
• Insert content lets approved workflows create new deliverables without exposing unshared pages

Verify and troubleshoot#

Once the workspace pages are organized, return and choose exactly what Obelo may access.

Notion did not return a shared page. Reconnect and select at least one approved page in Notion's page picker.

Confirm the selected account or resource and inspect the verification or sync result. A saved connection is not proof that an import or publication has completed. Test the intended workflow with an appropriately reviewed item.

Disconnect or change access#

Use the provider’s management controls in Obelo to disconnect when supported. Revoke the grant or rotate a dedicated credential at the provider if access must end immediately. Review already-imported data separately; disconnection does not remove content already published elsewhere.
