Check entitlements and usage before starting work that consumes credits.
Where to look
Open Settings → Credits to inspect your balance, ledger and available billing controls. The plan and purchase screen determines the current price, included credits, billing interval and renewal terms. This guide deliberately does not freeze those numbers.
A feature can be configured but unavailable under your current entitlement. A publishing connector may require an eligible paid plan even when a draft can be created without that destination.
Read a usage record
Credit entries identify the amount, resulting balance, time and associated resource when available. Compare the output or run with the ledger before assuming a failed screen means no work took place.
For an unexpected charge, note the website, run identifier and time. Avoid repeatedly re-running an expensive task while investigating.
- Check the selected website and your current balance.
- Inspect the relevant ledger entry and any available forecast.
- Resolve insufficient-credit or plan messages before retrying.
- Use the billing portal for renewal or cancellation controls where offered.
Cancellation is not deletion
Cancelling future renewals and deleting a website or account are different actions. Review the confirmation shown for each. Existing billing terms, refund eligibility and any mandatory rights are governed by the Terms and purchase terms—not a generated answer in chat.
